The home is arranged over two levels, with the main living and sleeping areas upstairs and additional accommodation and living space downstairs.

COST PER NIGHT:
Peak Season (mid Dec – end Feb): Min 2 night stay
$500 per night for 6 guests $50 extra per person up to 8 guests max
Shoulder Season (March–April, Oct–Nov): 1 night stay
$350 per night for 6 guests $50 extra per person up to 8 guests max
Low season (May-September)
$250 per night for 6 guests $50 extra per person up to 8 guests max
Holidays and long weekends such as Easter will be a min of 2 nights.
