Just minutes from Pōhara Beach, this home places you close to the region’s golden sands, scenic bushwalks, local cafés, and artisan shops — yet offers a private, elevated sanctuary to return to at the end of the day.

Property Highlights:
3 Bedrooms – Two queen bedrooms plus a flexible twin room with two king singles (which can be joined as a super king).
Ensuites & Bathrooms – Bedrooms 2 and 3 each enjoy their own private ensuite. In addition, the home features a main bathroom plus a separate toilet for guest convenience.
Open-Plan Living – A sleek, modern kitchen flows seamlessly to dining and lounge spaces, perfect for entertaining or simply unwinding in comfort.
Indoor-Outdoor Living – Expansive windows and doors invite natural light and open to outdoor areas where you can soak in sweeping coastal views.
Pet-Friendly by Request – Well-behaved dogs are welcome (by prior arrangement). Please note the property is not fenced. A $100 pet bond applies.
If there are any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required, the additional costs will be charged to the guest
COST PER NIGHT: $300 Low Season (May-Sept) , $400 Shoulder Season (Mar, Apr, Oct, Nov) $500 High Season (Dec-Feb). Additional low season discounts apply for bookings of 5 days or more.
NOTE: Low season we accept 1 night stays, shoulder season min 2 night stays, high season min 3 night stays. Long weekends year round (such as Easter) we only accept 3 night stays.
Rates per night are for up to 4 guests. An extra $50 per additional person applies.
