High Season (Dec – Feb): $350 per night min 2 night stay

Shoulder Season (Mar – May, Oct – Nov): min 2 night stay $300 per night

Low Season (Jun – Sept): 1 night stays accepted $250 per night

Rates cover up to 2 guests. Small well behaved dogs may be considered (extra fee may apply). Linen is included.

CLEANING & LINEN FEE:

$130 + GST Cleaning and Linen Fee

A bond of $500 is required for all bookings. This bond is held as security and will be refunded after your stay, provided the property is left in good condition. If there are any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required beyond what the bond covers, the additional costs will be charged to the guest.
