Overlooking the waters of Tata Beach, this spacious three-bedroom home offers sea views and plenty of room for families or small groups to unwind. It’s the kind of place where mornings begin with coffee on the deck and evenings end with sunsets over the bay.
Whether you’re here to kayak, explore the nearby Abel Tasman, or simply relax and reconnect, Tata Beach Haven offers a welcoming base for your Golden Bay escape.

Bedrooms
Bedroom (Upstairs): 1 x Queen bed and 2 single beds in a large open plan area.
Second Bedroom (Downstairs): 1 x Queen Bed
Third Bedroom (Downstairs: 1 x Queen Bed, opens on the deck.

To ensure a comfortable and hassle-free experience, we provide a selection of complimentary essentials for our guests:

* Toilet paper (3 rolls per toilet supplied)
* Cleaning supplies – Dish liquid, and general cleaning essentials.
Bathrooms
2 full bathrooms with 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs(each with shower, vanity, and toilet).
Living & Dining
Open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining, filled with natural light.
Comfortable seating, dining table, and large windows showcasing panoramic views.
Indoor-outdoor flow onto elevated decks with a sea view.
Kitchen
Main kitchen: fully equipped with oven, stovetop, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cookware, and utensils.
COST PER NIGHT:
High Season (15th Dec – 15th Feb): $500 per night min 2 night stay
Shoulder Season (16th Feb – 18th April): min 2 night stay $450 per night.
October-November: $300 per night min 2 night stay
Long weekends year round (such as Easter or Christmas) we only accept 3 night stays.
Rates per night are for up to 4 guests. An extra $50 per additional person applies.
This property is only available from October 2025 until April 18th 2026.
NOTE: All prices shown are excl GST
CLEANING & LINEN FEE:
$150 plus GST Cleaning Fee
Linen is NOT included with this property but can be hired from us for $30 per person.
A bond of $500 is required for all bookings. This bond is held as security and will be refunded after your stay, provided the property is left in good condition. If there are any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required beyond what the bond covers, the additional costs will be charged to the guest.
