$500 refundable cash bond payable before check-in

All guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent or guardian

No smoking indoors, pets by prior arrangement only, no large or noisy parties

Check-in: 3pm | Check-out: 10am (unless otherwise arranged for an extra fee)

COST PER NIGHT:

High Season (Dec – Feb): $800 per night min 5 night stay

Shoulder Season (Mar – May, Oct – Nov): min 3 night stay $650 per night

Low Season (Jun – Sept): 1 night stays accepted $500 per night

Rates cover up to 6 guests. Additional guests are welcome at $50 per person, per night.

CLEANING & LINEN FEE:

$350 Cleaning and Linen Fee

A bond of $500 is required for all bookings. This bond is held as security and will be refunded after your stay, provided the property is left in good condition. If there are any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required beyond what the bond covers, the additional costs will be charged to the guest.
