Pet friendly (please note the property is not fully fenced), this home is perfect for families or small groups looking for a comfortable base to explore the area. $50 pet fee applies.
Available exclusively for a 5-week period over summer 18th December and 26th January, Pōhutukawa House offers a rare chance to enjoy the very best of Golden Bay’s summer season in comfort and style.

High Season: $600 per night min 3 night stay
Rates per night are for up to 6 guests. (Only sleeps 6)

CLEANING & LINEN FEE:
$200 plus GST Cleaning Fee
Linen is NOT included with this property but can be hired from us for $30 plus GST per person.
A bond of $500 is required for all bookings. This bond is held as security and will be refunded after your stay, provided the property is left in good condition. If there are any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required beyond what the bond covers, the additional costs will be charged to the guest.
