Master Bedroom (Upstairs): 1 x King bed, spacious with stunning bush and bay views.
Second Bedroom (Downstairs – Private Suite): 1 x Double bed, its own entry, private bathroom, and kitchenette (sink, fridge, kettle, basic utensils). Perfect for couples or guests wanting extra privacy.
Third Bedroom (Upstairs): 2 x Single beds or 1 x King bed

COST PER NIGHT:
High Season (Dec – Feb): $700 per night min 5 night stay
Shoulder Season (Mar – May, Oct – Nov): min 3 night stay $600 per night
Low Season (Jun – Sept): 2 night stays accepted $500 per night
Rates cover up to 6 guests.

CLEANING & LINEN FEE:
$350 Cleaning and Linen Fee
A bond of $500 is required for all bookings. This bond is held as security and will be refunded after your stay, provided the property is left in good condition. If there are any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required beyond what the bond covers, the additional costs will be charged to the guest.
